****4 Star Review****

Liam knows he wants Savannah the second he lays eyes on her. It’s not an instalove moment, but there’s definitely some serious chemistry sparking. But, Savannah has built up some serious walls around herself, and these aren’t the typical walls. She has been through some serious hard core crap that most people wouldn’t come out the other side from. She’s one tough chick, though, and you can’t help but seriously admire her fierceness and bravery. She’s inspiring.

Liam isn’t without his own dramatic past. He has had to fight his own battles. He’s completely determined to stand by Savannah as she fights hers now. And his willingness to not only fight, but to make sure Savannah knows that he’s fighting beside her and not trying to take over as if she isn’t capable, is what makes him a great book boyfriend!

This story isn’t all romance. It builds up to one mega suspenseful thriller-filled climax. This book will keep you on your toes and covering your eyes!

The only thing that wasn’t overly appealing to me was the sex. It just sometimes felt like it was being thrown in just to add more sex rather than feeling natural. That being said, I’m still really looking forward to the rest of the series, especially since I fell in love with several of the secondary characters!!
