I just started Violent Delights. I’m not sure if I’m quite in the mood for this one at the moment. If not, I’ll just DNF it for now and push it to next month. I’m almost finished with my reread of Throne of Glass. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it knowing what I know now, but I’m still absolutely loving it!! I’m in part 2 now of Anna Karenina, which I’m reading as a group read. We won’t finish until August.

I had a love/hate relationship with Praying for Rain. You can find my review HERE. If you’re one of the many who thought this was an easy 5 star read, please don’t hate me. I’d love to hear your thoughts. I’m holding my thoughts for now on Illusion on Ice. There’s an upcoming release blitz for it.

I’ve had Strange the Dreamer on my what I’ll read next list for a while and it feels like I’m never going to get to it. But, I will!! I have the hardback and I want to finish the other hardback I’m already reading first – Throne of Glass. I’m almost done!!! I can get through my kindle copies way faster because I read on my kindle in bed at night so my hubs can sleep – the light from my lamp keeps him awake. I just don’t get near as much time to read during the day. And I’m stoked to be getting to book #10 in the BDB series. Maybe one day I’ll catch up completely????

B.B. Easton’s books are kind of hit and miss for me at the exact same time, so I can imagine why you didn’t love this one.

This was my first Easton book. Hit and miss is exactly how I felt about this one! Some aspects I loved and others not so much. But, I’m still curious about the next book. So, we’ll see. Hopefully it’ll be a HIT!

I love Strange the Dreamer! I read Throne of Glass last year, so it’ll be a while before I reread it. Haven’t read Anna Karenina in years, but maybe I will again someday.

I’m glad you are enjoying Throne Of Glass! Book number two and three of that series are my favorites. 😉 Also, Strange The Dreamer is fantastic! I read faster on my kindle as well so I do get why you would wait until you finish your other HB copy. Have a wonderful week and happy reading!

I’ll probably reread Crown of Midnight next month. I think Queen of Shadows is my favorite. I just started Strange the Dreamer today!! I’m excited to really dig into it. Hope you have a wonderful week, too!!
