December was a bizarre reading month for me with the holidays. I can’t believe I read 15 books (16 really because The Maysen Jar Box Set has 2 books in it)! I was a reading machine at the beginning of the month, but I got very little reading done the last two weeks of the month since I had family and friends over nonstop.
Here are the books I read this month. The titles are linked to Goodreads and the stars to my review.

Y’all, I am just loving this series soooo much! I absolutely cannot wait to read the next book!! It’s so bad that I might DNF The City of Brass to hurry up and get to it. Speaking of the The City of Brass, for those of you that have read and loved it, was it a slow start for you or were you sucked right in from the start? I’m just trying to see if I need to hold on because it’ll get better, or if it’s just not for me. It’s interesting, just not awesome for me right now. If I DNF it, I’ll probably pick it back up later because it doesn’t suck. I just know there are books I can’t wait to get my hands on right now that I’ll love.

It honestly was a hard choice between the Red Winter series and A Curse So Dark and Lonely for me. I LOVED both! I can’t wait for A Heart So Fierce and Broken!!!
What was your favorite December read???
Happy Reading,
Ali
Yay for so many December books! Excellent. I actually have 10 Blind Dates and A Curse so DArk and Lonely both on my reading table as next up after my current review book. It’s so hard not to start on them! But based on your reviews, they will be worth the wait. December top reads for me were Tweet Cute and Echoes Between Us. I just finished The Queen’s Assassin and loved that one too.

It looks like you had a really great reading month, Ali! I really need to pick up this Red Winer Trilogy. I’ve seen quite a few others have loved it as well and I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it! I can’t wait for AHSFAB too. It’s out tomorrow and ah, I’m torn on whether to buy the e-book to read right away or whether I should just wait for the physical book lol choices choices… 😂

Ha! I think I’m going to have to buy the ebook. I don’t think I can wait on a physical copy. You definitely need to try Red Winter!!
