#IMWAYR ~ 12/30/19

Ali here ~

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at The Book Date. Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

I loved this book! What a great way to start off my reading year! My review will go up Wednesday.

Yes, I do realize I have a lot of books going right now. I never struggle with keeping them separated in my head, though, so it’s not a problem for me.

This really depends on a lot of factors, but maybe???

What are you reading today?

Happy Reading,

  2. So many great books. I really liked Wuthering Heights and I wanna finish the Shatter Me series (I read the first book in September 2019 and I never picked up the second book). Hope you enjoy all of your reads this week. Can’t wait to see your thoughts on these books! ❤

    • I really like Wuthering Heights, too. It’s a reread for me. I’m doing a group read with it. I read Shatter Me last year, too, so I’m finally digging into the second book. It’s really good. There’s a bit of a twist I didn’t see coming.

      • Okay!! I would also love to reread it sometime soon! I hope you’re enjoying the reread! ❤ Okay, I will check out the second book. I did enjoy Shatter Me but I’m really bad with reading sequels 😦

      • If you enjoyed Shatter Me, then I definitely think you’ll enjoy Unravel Me. That being said I’m not even half way through, so I don’t know how it’ll end. I just know it’s been great so far.

  3. All of those have great covers! I have decided to listen to Twilight and will be starting to read Regretting you by Colleen Hoover today.

      • I usually reread it once every year or two. It’s nostalgic for me. It was the book that showed me that I can LOVE reading. Reading it now I see a lot of flaws, but it’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

  4. Ooh, I’m really looking forward to seeing what you think of Watchmaker’s Daughter! I actually really enjoyed that book and have even read a few of the sequels but I think by the time I got to book four I just thought it was dragging unnecessarily…. Which is a shame because I like the characters and the mystery! Hope you enjoy Josh and Hazel too — it’s such a fun read 😍
