The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Happy Sunday!! I hope you are all having a terrific start to your week!
Personal Highlights:
It’s been a whopper of a week for me. My husband’s uncle passed away on Tuesday and that pretty much guided our week. We did have some friends and family over for a cook out yesterday, though, and that was a nice fun way to cap off a stressful week.
I had really been hoping to get caught up on posting all of the reviews I’m behind on this past week, but with everything going on…well that just didn’t happen. Maybe this week!

Favorite Book of the Week:
I only read two books this week and it was a little hard to choose between the 2, but this is the one that definitely made the bigger impact on me.
How was your week??? What was your favorite read this week?
I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad you were able to spend some quality time with friends to offset the sadness from earlier in the week though.

Thanks! I’m having a love/hate relationship with the Daevabad series. The first half of the books really drag for me, but then by the end I LOVE them. I wish there was a better balance.
