#IMWAYR ~ 2/24/20

Ali here ~

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at The Book Date. Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

Review will be coming soon!

Current physical copy ~ The Guinevere Deception
Current e-read ~ Finale
Current audiobook ~ The Bear and the Nightingale
Current Group Read ~ A Gentleman in Moscow

I don’t know??? Probably something off my TBR for the month- one of the pics above. Or, you never know.

Happy Reading,

    • It’s been a bit of a slow start for me with TBATN, but I’m hopeful things are about to pick up since I’m just now getting to the heart of the story. Finale has been interesting. I’m not sure that I love it as much as the first two (which could totally be the mood I’m in), but I am still very much enjoying it. And there have been a couple unexpected twists.

  1. I thought The Bear and the Nightingale would be one I loved but I actually DNF’d it pretty early on. I am so in the minority, though, because everyone else seems to love it. I’ll be interested to see what you think of it!

    • I’m 2 hrs into the audio and just now getting to the heart of the story (at least with what the blurb says), so I’m curious to see if it all picks up now. So far it’s just been ok. I’m hopeful that it’s about to get good, though… I’ll have to hold my opinion for now. But I agree with the slow start.
