The Sunday Post ~ 5/17/20

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Personal Highlights:

We started the week off celebrating Mother’s Day. We added some new plants to our garden. And my favorite, we celebrated my oldest son’s birthday. He got some new board games and disc golf stuff. He’s a total board game geek. And we boiled some crawfish.

  2. Happy birthday to your son! Sounds like a nice chilled way to ring in the birthday despite the unfortunate circumstances 🙂 I hope you had a great mother’s day too! Hope you have a good week ahead!

  3. I’ve been in a funky mood all week. I don’t know what’s up with me. I need to get over it. I read a bunch of books I liked, but now I can’t even tell you what they were. LOL Glad you had a good week!

      • I don’t know… That one was pretty emotionally wrecking, so maybe it still would have. I FINALLY got out of my mood thanks to an ARC of Ginger Scott’s Varsity Heartbreaker.

      • Maybe, but I think if things were better maybe I wouldn’t mind so much being emotionally wrecked??? LOL! I want to reread it later when I’m in a happy place. And Scott’s book is on my TBR! Glad it pulled you out of your mood!
