*****My Review*****
I knew after reading The Cruel Prince that I really wanted to get Taryn’s POV. But, I was soooo pleasantly surprised because it just didn’t go the way I thought it would. Taryn’s a bit twisted, and now I’m just looking forward to The Wicked King that much more.
This book is only 50 pgs long, so I didn’t really think I’d get that much out of it. But, it reads as a letter from Taryn to Jude giving the story between Taryn and Locke. I was pleased at the level of emotion expressed in the short story, and the way Taryn’s personality, that we don’t fully grasp in The Cruel Prince, comes to light.
So, for those of you that have read and enjoyed The Cruel Prince, but haven’t picked up The Wicked King yet, I definitely recommend this quick read! 4 Stars!
Happy Reading,
Alison

I haven’t read the series yet, but I hadn’t even heard of this one. It sounds like it made a great companion to the first book. I’m glad it was a pleasant surprise for you.

Yes it is. I’ve seen a few bloggers mention it, but it’s definitely not brought up as much as the 3 main books.
