Top Ten Tuesday ~ Authors I’ve Read the Most Books By

Ali here ~

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

Happy Tuesday everyone!! I hope your week has gotten off to a good start! Today’s Top Ten topic is Authors I’ve Read the Most By.

Let me start by saying that this wasn’t easy to come up with since Goodreads decided to remove their feature that used to just give us this info…. I think I’ll have to start finding some way to track this. Y’all know I like my lists!

I also need to mention here that this’ll be a top 12 today because I have 4 authors that I’ve read 10 books by. I’m going to start with the fewest books and increase.

10 Books

Vi Keeland
Stephenie Meyer
Jamie McGuire
Penny Reid

11 Books

Penelope Ward

12 Books

Sarah J. Maas

14 Books

Cassandra Clare
Jennifer L. Armentrout
J.R. Ward

17 Books

Debbie Macomber
Colleen Hoover

23 Books

Jessica Sorensen

I found in looking at this that I tend to read a lot of different authors rather than a lot from the same authors. For the most part I had read less than 5 books from tons of different authors. But, I do still have my faves.

What authors have you read the most by?

Happy Reading,
Alison

  1. I hate that Goodreads got rid of that feature. Their reasoning was that their wasn’t enough people using it. I’m curious to know what author I e read the most from. If I had to guess Stephen King would be at the top now.

    • Yes, so bummed. I wish Goodreads would bring it back! I’m curious for you! LOL! I know you seem to read a lot of King and Sparks. I’ve read several by both of them, but not quite enough to make my list.

      • Yeah i wish they would as well. Sparks used to be my most read author but I really think it’s King now since I’ve been taking part in King readalong every month.

  2. I was missing that “most read” option on Goodreads when I was doing this list. Penny Reid made my list. She writes massive amounts of books. If I included all time, I would only have romance authors on my list.

    • Thanks! LOL! I got hooked on Sorensen’s books about 5 to 10 years ago. I first read one of hers that was free on kindle. It has been quite a while since I’ve picked up any of hers, though.
