Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
Happy Tuesday everyone!! I hope your week has gotten off to a good start! Today’s Top Ten topic is Books I Read Because Someone Recommended Them to Me. I decided to look at my Friday Finds posts for this prompt. So, all of these are books I read this year due to someone’s review that I featured. There is one exception. I included one book that my bestie Anna personally recommended to me.

I’m cheating a little with this first one. I haven’t yet finished reading it. I only started last night, but it’s been hard to go about my work today and not pick it back up. I decided to pick this one up after reading the review @ Sophril Reads.

I featured this book on my 6/5 Friday Finds after reading the review at We Live and Breathe Books. This book kept me laughing!

I featured this one on my 5/29 Friday Finds after reading the review at Dee’s Reading Tree. Many thanks for making me want to pick up this book. It’s definitely one of my favorites this year!!

Hot Mess was featured on my 5/22 Friday Finds after reading Deanna’s review over at A Novel Glimpse. This book was just a lot of fun!

This book definitely had me wanting to take a trip to Alaska and visit Graham’s diner! I featured this one on my 4/3 FF after reading Sam’s review at We Live And Breathe Books. I’m looking forward to reading the 2nd book in this series soon!!

This couple was nothing but cuteness with their obsession with letters and numbers! I’m so glad I picked this one up, and I’m even looking forward to a reread soon. I featured this on my 2/21 FF after Dini gushed about it at Dinipandareads.

What can I say about this book…it really punched me in the feels for sure! I read this back in May, and I just had a dream about it last week! I featured this on my 2/14 FF after it was featured by Tanya at Girl Plus Books on her Valentine’s edition of TTT.

I just recently finished this book, but it was recommended to my by my bestie, Anna back around the beginning of the year. At first I really questioned her recommendation, but then the story sucked me in and got pretty intense!

I featured this book on my 12/27 FF at the end of last year, but I didn’t get around to reading it until this year. I added this book to my TBR after reading Lisa’s review over at Lisa’s Books Gems and Tarot. I’m now looking forward to continuing the series!

This was featured on my 12/20 FF last year. It’s another one that I didn’t get to until this year. This is another one that I added after reading Deanna’s review from A Novel Glimpse. I still need to read Someday, Someday! Hopefully soon!!
One thing I noticed after looking at this is that I don’t get to a lot of the recommendations I feature on my Friday Finds in a timely fashion. But, it’s just a matter of the “so many books and so little time.” It was fun to go back and look at my FFs, though, to see how I’ve been doing with actually reading the books.

LOL! Yes, I definitely thoroughly enjoyed both of them! Jealous that you got the new Kate Clayborn!! I didn’t realize there was a tie in to Love Lettering with it.

I am not sure if there are people from the other book or just set in the same world. I am wracking my mind trying to recall anyone beside Sibby. What were the names of the people at the card shop place.

Hmm, yeah I can’t recall the names of the card shop people either.
