The Sunday Post ~ 1/24/21

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Beginning to feel like we’re getting back into our homeschooling groove. The last couple of months of last year I was pretty MIA around the house with everything going on with my FIL. J & K (my youngest 2) continued to school on their own at that time with me checking over their stuff once a week. But, let’s face it; they get a lot more accomplished when I’m helping and overseeing every day!

Another highlight is that my immediate family has remained healthy! That’s a big deal right now with Covid out of control here.

And finally, I got in a lot of reading this week!! I am going to kick Medieval-A-Thon’s butt!! I finished 4 books this week. And all of them were readathon reads.

Look at those ratings!! I really enjoyed each of these! And, of course, I’m totally on schedule to finish all of the books in time.

What does this week look like? More reading!! I really love blogging, but it has really been nice to unplug and just focus on reading for the most part with this readathon!

How was your week??

Happy Reading,

  1. I’m so glad to hear that things are slowly getting back to normal with you and your family and that everyone is healthy! 😊 And that you had an awesome reading week on top of that is even better! Love that five-star rating for Aurora Rising 😍 I’m hoping to (finally) read the sequel this year! I hope you have a great week ahead, Ali!

    • Thanks, Dini!! Fingers crossed things will remain calm around here for a while. I am now very much looking forward to Aurora Burning, too. Hope we both love it!! And I hope you have a great week, too!!

  2. That’s great you are able to be more present with your kids’ school work and you’re all staying well. We are here at my house as well. My daughter just committed to doing school virtually the rest of the year while some students go back in a hybrid soon. I’m sad about that, but also relieved. I’m not personally ready for her to go back to the germ factory yet.
