The Sunday Post ~ 2/7/21

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Highlights

Got my taxes filed! It’s always so nice to have that headache out of the way!

Enjoyed a family birthday party at the skating rink. Our cousin rented out the whole skating rink for her daughter’s bday party, so we could celebrate and still be safe with plenty of room for social distancing.

I only have 5 books to complete my whole Medieval-A-Thon TBR! That may sound like a lot with just a few days left, but there’s only a combined total of 27 chapters left for me to finish them all!

I finished 10 books!! Don’t think I started and finished all of these in one week, though!! The only 2 that I both started and finished this week were Bellarose and Not My Romeo.

Book of the Week

5 Stars

This book gripped me from the start, and I just couldn’t put it down!

What am I looking forward to this week?

Wrapping up Medieval-A-Thon! I never thought I’d even come close to completing my whole outrageous TBR, but I’m so very close!

And I need to start ordering everything for my son’s dorm room. I have put it off way too long! He’s leaving in a month. *Tears* But, I’m so very proud of him. After this transfer he’ll only have a year and a half to 2 years left of school, but who knows where he’ll end up afterwards.

Wrapping up a couple books that I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this weekend: Greenlights and The Strike Out!

How was your week?

Happy Reading,

Alison
