The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Highlights
I have now seen through episode 7 of WandaVision. I’m a bit addicted. This might seem funny since I’m saying that and haven’t watched it all yet. But if you know me, I hardly watch any TV. And the fact that I watched 3 whole issues this week is huge! LOL!
I got the planting, seeding, and pruning done that I wanted to accomplish Monday. My mom and I worked together, and we were quite satisfied with our finished product. We got some new bulbs planted, another blueberry bush, and a burning bush. We seeded some cucumber, lettuce, squash, and zucchini (and more but I can’t remember at the moment). And we pruned our fruit trees and some of our bushes. We’ve been near 80 degrees all week, so the flowers are all starting to take off. My hyacinth bloomed this week, and that’s always pretty. And, I’m so happy to see new greenery on a gardenia I thought I’d lost in the freeze.
And I finished 5 books this week – not to mention getting a lot of blogging in! And some reviews!!! Finally!!

What am I looking forward to this week?
So this isn’t something that I’m exactly looking forward to, but I am looking forward to having behind me. Tomorrow I’m taking my father-in-law to the cancer center for his regular treatment, but what’s special about this visit is that we’ll get to see what they say about his most recent scans. That’ll at least let us know what we’ll be dealing with going forward for a while.
Also, my husband has been anxiously awaiting the shipment of a new motor that he’ll be putting in his truck, and it’ll finally arrive this week.
And then Saturday I’ll get to see my besties again. I can’t wait!
As for books, I expect to be wrapping up The Locker Room – probably today, and then I’ll be starting Good Girl, Bad Blood. I’m about to start The House in the Cerulean Sea audiobook, too – again, probably today.
How was your week?
Happy Reading,
Alison

I bet the gardenia smells divine. Gardenia always makes me think of my mom… she loves them. 🙂 I hope you get some good news about your father-in-law, Alison.

Sounds like you had a great week! I can’t wait until our flowers start to bloom again! We had a few warmer days, and today it’s back down to 40 degrees. 😦 Hope you have fun with your besties!!

I did have a good week! We’ve been hovering around 80, but we’re getting some storms (hopefully without tornadoes), and our temps are going to drop to the 60s for a bit after that. Warmer weather will be coming soon, though, and I’m honestly not in a rush for it down here. It just gets too hot here! LOL! Hope you get some flowers soon and thanks!!

I did, thanks! And keep in mind that the first couple of episodes of WandaVision will probably have you shaking your head, but they’re short. Soldier through them and the episodes just get better and better from there.
