Top Ten Tuesday ~ Stories I Love to Have Retold

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

Today’s a freebie, and I often struggle with what I want to do for freebies. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case for today. I’m only just now getting this posted because I’ve been busy with a bunch of other tasks on my to-do list.

I am such a fan of reading retellings. I just can’t seem to get enough of the stories I love. So, I figured I share 10 stories that I love to read retellings of. And, I’m sharing some retellings I enjoyed. I might have to do another of these posts soon where I’m sharing books from my TBR instead.

~Stories I Love to Have Retold~

Beauty and the Beast

Jane Eyre

Hades and Persephone

Pride and Prejudice

Romeo and Juliet

Anna Karenina

Red Riding Hood

King Arthur

Upcoming Topics
April 12: Authors I Haven’t Read, But Want To (Submitted by Deanna @ A Novel Glimpse)
April 19: Bookish Merchandise I’d Love to Own
April 26: Books with [___] On the Cover (Pick a thing (a color, an item, a place, an animal, a scripty font, a sexy person, etc.) and share covers that have that thing on the cover.)

Have you read any of these? I’d love to hear any recommendations you have for these stories that I didn’t include to see if I need to add any to my TBR!

Happy Reading,

    • I love P&P retellings (and rereading P&P itself)! I thoroughly enjoyed Mary’s story. It was a bit long in a couple places, but I still found it very enjoyable. Hope you love it!!
