Happy Hump Day! I hope you’re all having a great week. I’m thoroughly enjoying the temps we’re having in the low 90s this week after staying over 100 last week. I had hoped to be getting some more yard work done with the cooler temps, but unfortunately I’ve developed tendonitis in my thumb, so even typing this is a bit of a challenge right now. Hopefully the steroids the doctor put me on will do the trick quickly. I’ll probably hold off on posting more reviews until I can type normally. We’ll see how I’m feeling.

Thanks, the swelling has finally started going down a little, but I imagine it’ll still be a bit before it’s healed. And thanks for wishing some cooler weather this way. It’s crazy when the 90s are feeling like a cool front.

Glad to hear it’s healing a bit. Anything 80 and above is oppressive for me. lol I’m actually excited that they’re prediction thunderstorms here this weekend. Hopefully, it’ll cool things down a bit!

I feel your pain. I have arthritis in my hand with the thumb being the worst. I wear an appliance at night that has helped. Hope the meds work for you

I have 6 books by Pam Godwin on my kindle and I haven’t read anything by her yet. The book you mentioned is one of the ones I have. Can’t wait to see what you think of it.

I LOVED it! I was completely enthralled from start to finish. Just make sure that you read what the book is about and take note of triggers because it’s definitely dark.

Thanks! It’s quite painful when I extend my thumb in any direction, but they wrapped it to hold it in place and that helps a lot.

That final movie that Miller made for Clara just seriously had me swooning. That was one of the sweetest scenes I’ve ever read.
