WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU READ?

DID THIS BOOK MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS?

I tried to go into the book without any expectations. I probably still wanted just a little bit more out of this, but I still very much enjoyed it, and I’m looking to continue to series.

WILL YOU RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO OTHERS?

I already have! One of my besties loves books about fae and was looking for books about witches to go with the season, so I shared this book with her.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT READ?

WHY DID YOU PICK THIS BOOK?

I’m reading Crispin with my daughter for school. We’re studying the middle ages and early renaissance period and reading books from that timeline or set in that time period.

I chose On A Quiet Street because I was looking for a mystery.

I was surprised to get an ARC in the mail of Secretly Yours, and I couldn’t wait to dive in!

I’m reading The Girl Who Belonged to the Sea for a book club.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU THINK YOU’LL TAKE TO FINISH YOUR CURRENT READ?

Good question! I’m a pretty fast reader, but with multiple books going that definitely slows down the time it takes to finish a book. I’m about 75% into Crispin, but I’ve just started the others. So, Crispin will probably be finished before the others. It all comes down to my mood, though.

WHAT GENRE WOULD YOU LIKE TO READ NEXT?

I think I’m in the mood for a light and fun, paranormal romance.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO PICK: A LONG READ OR A SHORT READ?

How about somewhere in the middle??

MENTION SOME BOOKS YOU’RE EYEING!

I have The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches queued up for my next e-read. I’m so excited!

I’m not tagging anyone today, but if you’d like to consider yourself tagged, then please go ahead!!

Happy Reading,

Alison

  1. I’m always impressed how you have so many books on the go at the same time! I hope you continue to enjoy all your reads 🙂 I’m really looking forward to Secret Society of Irregular Witches too because I’ve heard so many great things about it and it sounds exactly like the perfect mix of cosy and magical! I hope you enjoy it, Ali, and happy reading! 😃
