Happy Sunday! I hope you’ve all had a good week!
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
Personal Updates
It’s been another good week. Mostly usual stuff around here, but I did go to a gardening seminar yesterday and learned a few things. Then I went out in our boat with the hubs yesterday evening. We had a little visitor. I showed my aunt that lives up north and she freaked. I was excited to see him, though. LOL!

What I Watched
(New or New-to-Me)
- Finished The Last of Us
- American Idol
- The Voice
- Finished The Legend of Korra
- Don’t Worry Darling
- Shadow and Bone – I’ve only managed to squeeze in the first episode so far
What I Read Last Week

I know I normally do mini reviews here, but I am strapped for time today. I’ll say that I game 5 stars to Birthday Girl. 4 1/2 stars to Ninth House and Vanquish. 4 stars to Where’d You Go, Bernadette, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Corruption. 3 1/2 stars to Live and Let Grow, and 3 stars to Cracks in the Armor.

Scary visitor, I would’ve freaked out too! 😂
I loved The Last of Us, and I can’t believe the first season already ended. It will be interesting to see where will the second season go after that ending.

Definitely would’ve been freaked out by spotting a gator in the wild but it’s awesome that you had fun! 😂 And you read so many books as well! Hope you’re having a great week ahead, Ali!

LOL! Well, I do live in Louisiana where they’re not so uncommon. I imagine a gator would be a lot scarier for someone that doesn’t live where they’re present. Either way, it’s not too common to see them around me. Hope you’re having a great week, too, Dini!!

When I lived in Jax, there was a gator that sat on the path to the cafeteria. People kept feeding it, and they had to have animal control remove it. That one by you looked pretty big though. Gardening seminar – how fun! Glad you enjoyed it and learned some new things.

I’ll refrain from feeding them. LOL!

Seeing that gator would be a little terrifying! I’m glad it didn’t bother you, though.

LOL! I was excited to see it. But, I knew it wasn’t going to be able to jump in the boat with us.
