Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews/Reading Reality and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

May 2020 Monthly Wrap-Up
May was filled with a bit of excitement for me, but unfortunately not the pleasant kind. But, we did have blessings mixed in amongst the chaos. I’m hoping June brings only the pleasant sort of surprises.
Here’s the books I picked out for my May TBR. I know I mentioned at the beginning of the month that this was a very loose TBR. I really didn’t expect to stick to it, but I love putting together lists anyways. Let’s see how many I actually read ~

Timid ~ Review
Title: Timid
Series: Lark Cove #2
Author: Devney Perry
Release Date: Sept 4, 2018
Genres: Contemporary Romance
Blurb: Willa Doon has always been shy. Her quiet demeanor was something she’s always embraced. That is, until Jackson Page moves to town. The one man she desperately wants to take notice struggles to remember her name.
Year after year, Willa stands by, watching as the bartender slash playboy drowns his demons in beer and sex. Then one night, he shows up at her door, suddenly aware that the girl he’s seen around Lark Cove is now a beautiful woman.
Except what he doesn’t remember is that this visit isn’t his first. They spent a night together once before. A night he’s forgotten, thanks to a bottle of tequila.
A night that crushed a timid girl’s heart, and set a broken man on the path to heal them both.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at The Book Date. Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

April 2020 Monthly Wrap-Up
As I already mentioned, I didn’t do so great with my April TBR. But, that’s just fine with me! I still made my way through quite a stack of books!
